Loci — Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Loci account (app: com.lociar.app) and everything attached to it.

Delete from inside the app (instant)

Open Loci and tap 👤 Me (top right).
Tap 🗑 Delete account, then tap it again to confirm.

Deletion runs immediately on our servers and is permanent: your profile, memories, photos, comments, likes, games, scores, friend connections, and push tokens are all removed. Short-lived server backups age out within 30 days.

Can't access the app anymore?

Email lociar.com [at] gmail.com with the subject "Loci account deletion request" from the email address your account is registered under (or include your handle). We'll verify it's your account, delete it, and confirm — within 30 days at the latest.

Guest accounts: a guest account (never upgraded with an email or Google sign-in) exists only on your phone. Deleting the app's data or using the in-app delete button removes it; there is no way to identify it by email, so the email path above can't find it.

Deleting some data without deleting the account

You can delete individual memories, photos, comments, and games from inside the app at any time — open the item and use its delete control. You can also export everything we hold about you first: Profile → 📤 Export my data.
